You Have Been Planted

When things are going well, it feels like they will never end. When things aren’t going well, it also feels like they will never end.

But the reality is there are peaks and valleys. Without the rain, there are no flowers.

If you are in one of those dark places, find comfort in one of my favorite quotes: “Sometimes when you are in a dark place you think you have been buried but really you have been planted.”

It can be challenging to convince yourself of this, but that’s exactly what I need you to do. Whatever hardship you are going through is preparing you for what’s ahead.
