Don't Quit, Rest
Do you recall the last time you did something that required physical effort?
A 5k, a yoga class, a Peloton ride? There is a good chance that you experienced moments of fatigue or exhaustion during the workout.
Life, relationships, work, or a task can work similarly. There is this excellent quote from Banksy: “If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.”
Quitting is for losers; persevering is for winners.
You might need to take a break or look at the same thing through a different lens later, but come back to it, don’t quit.
You are made to handle hard things. Sometimes, you might just need a break to reach the finish line.
If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.
