Life You Focus On

What you focus on magnifies. When you are looking for the wrong things, you find them. When you look for the right things, you find them.

Tony Robbins said, “We don’t experience life, we experience the life we focus on.”

The wisdom in this is astounding. If you only focus on how bad your job is or how bad your boss is, your life will reflect that negativity.

Focus is the habit of habits. It’s what separates action from distraction.
