Free Yourself

I know you care what other people think because I do too.

It doesn’t matter how often I have said or heard someone else say, “I don’t care what other people think,” the reality is deep down we care. However, this desire typically holds us back, it doesn’t help us.

Mark Manson has this incredible line, “You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people’s opinion.”
