Progress Over Perfection

Become a believer

You want to be perfect. You desire things to be precise. While there is nothing wrong with this, more than likely, it’s causing you to pause or stop altogether.

There is this great quote from Dan Heath in his book Reset: “Progress is the spark that makes believers of skeptics.” He is saying that focusing on progress towards a goal will make you believe it is possible.

Stop expecting perfection; instead, focus on progress. Your one mental key today is to remember, “progress over perfection.”

Progress is the spark that makes believers of skeptics.
