Growth doesn’t happen by accident. Growth requires action, intention, and often change.

The most significant thing you need to overcome is comfort and complacency. It is to write, yet hard to live out because you are wired for safety and comfort. You watch the same shows or movies because they are safe. You stay in a job you don’t like for comfort.

To get to the next level and to experience true growth often requires new mindsets, new people, new opportunities, or new challenges.
