Effort Goes Unnoticed

Effort matters. It’s one of the few things entirely in your control that no one else can choose for you.

However, until you win, effort always goes unnoticed.

Since it goes unnoticed, most people don’t put in their maximum effort or worse, start to believe it’s not essential.

I do this exercise in my keynote presentations, asking the audience to raise their hands above their heads as high as possible. Then I ask them to raise them 2 inches higher, and everyone can go higher.

You are capable of more effort than you think. Life responds to effort. So get after it today, even when no one is looking.
