Make the Decision Right

Making the wrong decision is scary. Screwing things up and living with the consequences of poor decision-making is something worth avoiding.

However, not making a decision is more harmful. There is this unbelievable quote from Dr. Ellen Langer that I taught in a decision-making workshop yesterday, “Rather than waste your time trying to make the decision, make the decision right.”

Today is your day to decide so you can make it right. Whatever your decision, dare to make it and start doing the work because that will matter more than the decision itself.
