Two quarterbacks went down. One veteran stood up.

Chicago's Caleb Williams went out with a hamstring injury. Backup Tyson Bagent got hurt in relief. That left the Bears with a gap at the most important position on the field, right before Monday Night Football against the Eagles.

Head coach Ben Johnson had options. He didn't reach for a rookie. He called Case Keenum, a veteran with the years and the tools to handle the moment.

Keenum delivered. 247 yards, two touchdown passes, one more on the ground, and a 27-7 win on national TV.

Then came the locker room. Keenum stood in front of his teammates and shared the joy of playing this game with them, with his kids watching. And then he gave us gold.

"I might not be a cowboy, but this isn't my first rodeo."

His teammates went wild.

Here's the part worth keeping. It's not your first rodeo either. You have years of reps in your work. The wins, the mistakes, the lessons. That experience is already built, and it's ready to perform.

We tell ourselves we need one more course, one more data point, one more week of prep. Most of the time, the answer sits in our own history.

So memorize Keenum's line. Say it before the big meeting, the hard conversation, the pitch.

What is your rodeo this week?
