Own Your Patience
Faith in motion
You have been showing up. You have been working hard. You have been doing all the right things.
Yet, nothing seems to be happening or going your way. When the hard work doesn’t seem to pay off on the timeline you want it to, it’s frustrating.
But here is the truth: Patience is what goes beyond hustle and hard work. And just because you don’t see immediate results, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Think about planting a seed. You plant it, you water it, and you give it sunlight. But for seven days, there is no visible progress above the surface. No spout, no stem, no lead, no flower. It’s tempting to blame the seed or dig it up and put it somewhere else.
But it doesn’t mean growth isn’t happening. Roots are forming, they are spreading, and a foundation to go up is occurring. Your life, growth, and even relationships work the same way.
Progress is often invisible before it becomes undeniable. But you will never see the outcome if you don’t have patience.
So if you’re in a season of great effort without obvious reward, don’t give up. Keep showing up, keep believing, keep trying new things. The only way you entirely fail is to give up. It’s been said that “Patience isn’t passive, it’s faith in motion.”
You are growing, even if you haven’t seen the fruits of your hard work yet.
Progress is often invisible before it become undeniable.
