Your Productivity Requires Commitment
The removal of options
You must decide you're going to be productive before you can be.
Productivity requires commitment.
Commitment requires the removal of options. David Brooks said, “Commitment is when you put structure around something for when you no longer feel like doing it.” So, to be committed means removing options and putting structure around what you are doing when you don’t feel like doing it anymore.
The byproduct of this is focus, and when you are focused, you can be productive.
Think of productivity this way, “Productivity comes from all the things you choose not to do.”
Today is your day to decide to be productive. Be committed by removing options and locking in to make progress.
If you need help with productivity, the digital version of the 64-Day Excellence Planner is on sale for $9.99.
