Stop Complaining and Explaining
It’s easy to complain about your life.
It’s tempting to explain what you're doing and why, as a way to justify your vision or decisions.
However, Benjamin Disraeli had this magical quote: “Never complain, never explain.”
The spirit of his quote is simple:
Don’t waste energy complaining about circumstances. No one really cares.
Don’t justify yourself unnecessarily. Let your actions and their results speak for themselves.
The truth is, “never complain and never explain” is an excellent motto for life.
Every moment you waste complaining or explaining is a moment you could be spending in action. You get to choose whether you “talk about it” or “be about it.”
Never complain and never explain
