You Don't Feel Like It
Champions are different.
They do consistently what others do occasionally.
Instead of waiting until they feel like working at their craft, they plan for it. Said differently, “Champions are built on the other side of I don’t feel like it.”
Conversely, people who don’t get anywhere close to their potential rely on their feelings. Whether you are a high performer or a low performer, remember that “you must act differently than you feel.”
Just because you don’t feel like it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it.
Something interesting happens when you do the things you know you should, but you don’t feel like doing. You always feel better afterwards.
Think about it, you don’t feel like going to the gym and might not even like it while you’re there, but you feel good on the way home.
Champions are different, but you can be one. Just get in the habit of acting differently than you feel.
Champions are built on the other side of I don’t feel like it.
