Your Real Voice

Pat Tillman was a professional football player who left the glamour of the NFL to join the Army Rangers. He was killed on April 22, 2004, while serving as an Army Ranger in Afghanistan. He said,

“Our voice leads us in the direction of the person we wish to become, but it’s up to us whether or not to follow. More often than not, we are pointed in a predictable, straightforward, and seemingly positive direction. However, occasionally, we are directed down a different path entirely.”
