Your Worry Is Not the Way
Turn worry into peace by staying present.
It’s easy to worry. There’s so much that could go wrong.
The past could repeat itself. Something good could come to a crashing halt. Someone you love could leave.
I’ve never struggled much with worry, until recently. With AI evolving so fast and the financial pressure of providing in 2025, I’ve caught myself worrying more than I used to.
Then I came across this quote from Dan Zadra: “Worry is a misuse of your imagination.”
That hit me.
Whether you’re a big-time worrier or not, the truth is, all those things could happen with or without the worry. But for every moment you spend imagining what could go wrong, you could be using that same energy to build what could go right.
It’s been said: Worry is thinking about the future. Regret is thinking about the past. Peace is found in the present.
Whatever you’re facing today, choose peace by being present. And remember, your imagination was meant for more than worry.
Worry is the misuse of your imagination.
