As I sit here writing next week’s Optimistic Outlook columns (I can’t wait for you to read or listen on Monday), I almost lost sight of this week’s version of the Saturday Reflection of the Optimistic Outlook.
Maybe you read every Optimistic Outlook this week. Maybe one message met you exactly where you are right now. Or maybe this is the only one you opened. Either way, here are the two ideas that stayed with me.
The Length of Adversity

Thank you for all the support in the golf tournament last weekend. I ended up finishing tied for 10th. The new Optimistic Outlook hat, worn all week, was a hit. Congrats to Joe for winning one!
